Custom Slaughter and Processing:

Superior Meats Inc. is a Custom Slaughter and Meat Processing facility. We slaughter Beef, Pork, Buffalo, and Lamb. Meat is cut to our customer specification and packaged as directed by the customer. All meat is vacuumed sealed, or can be double wrapped in paper and plastic upon the customers request. The meat is either from the customer's own animal or from another producer. If you don't know a producer personally, we can help find one for you. Most customers get a whole or half beef, pork, buffalo or lamb. Customers can rely on quality meat and processing that is handled and packaged safely. Staff at the Locker can assist customers in their processing needs and answering questions. We also offer Butchering, Vacuum Packing, De boning and Sausages created with your product.

To enjoy big game on the table, it is essential to field dress the meat properly, transport it quickly, cool the meat down thoroughly and rapidly, butcher it efficiently, and then cook it to your liking.Superior Meats Inc having a unique technique in which we retain the largest portion of meat possible from your prized game.

Retail & Wholesale:

Butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers, retail and wholesale, prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry, fish and shellfish for sale in retail or wholesale food establishments. Butchers who are supervisors or heads of departments are included in this group.
